Shipping Policy
All non personalised orders, such as the learn to sew kits and fabrics, are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During busy periods this may take longer.
Any bespoke or personalised orders will take 14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping Rates
No matter how many items in one purchase, you will only pay £5.95 for postage and packaging shipments to Mainland UK
International Shipping
At this stage we currently only offer shipping within the Mainland UK but will ship further a field in the near future.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@ucanso.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
